About Us
Jo-Anne Surridge, the founder of Winton Fine Art, worked for over fifteen years within the Public Sector as the Principal Paper Conservator for the Hampshire County Museums and Library Service before opening her own Studio.
With a BA Honours Degree in the History of Art and Design Jo-Anne is a Member of The UK Institute of Conservation, The Institute of Paper Conservation and The Society of Archivists. She also has a long association with the Camberwell College of Arts.
Jo-Anne's philosophy for Winton Fine Art is quite simply …'to always maintain professional integrity, no matter what, and to provide a first class service to all her clients'…
She is acutely aware that not all worked carried out under the banner of conservation is necessarily conducted by properly trained conservators. Her advice is to always check professional qualifications and experience before entrusting your valuable works of art to anyone.
